Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and included accessories.

Before sending an item back, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for the request. We will provide return instructions when the request is eligible. Returns sent without prior instructions may not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-use items, customized items, gift cards, and items marked final sale may be excluded where permitted by law. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported promptly with clear photos.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
