Shipping Policy

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once an order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier operations, destination, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

When tracking is available, it will be provided after dispatch. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; we cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
